New to HAL... beverage packages nonrefundable?

I was looking to purchase the non alcoholic package for me and dh. According to the terms, they are NONREFUNDABLE

This is new to me, rcl let's you cancel if you want.

Just checking that the NONREFUNDABLE info is correct, ie no reason to pre-book.

I had no idea, so I went and looked. It definitely says "nonrefundable" in the terms and conditions, so I think that's how it is.

Ty for your reply. I'm thinking most people get the "have it all" and don't realize this nonrefundable issue, if you book cruise only fare.
