Changing dates

we originally made our reservations to value trips for the Hyatt place  our original cruise was supposed to be the middle of November but now we have to change it to early October. Would it be possible to change the dates without any charge? How would I go about this?

If you plan on changing the date of your cruise you will first be charged a one hundred dollar penalty per person and may be charged a higher rate if the week you choose for the change is more expensive.

Call the hotel they should be able to change the date of your reservation. Otherwise make a new reservation and then cancel you current one.

Oceanblue is asking about the hotel date change.

Cancel it by calling the hotel. They do not charge you anything until your stay. Then submit for another date thru Valutrips again for October. Valutrips only has a portion of the rooms at the hotel for them to discount.
