Can anyone tell me how to claim my stocks for the 100$ credit? I have done it in the past, but I just recently purchased 100 shares and I want to claim them for my next cruise.

I used the email, not the form recently and had better luck. Just putting in my 2 cents.

I also use shareholderbenefit at rccl dot com, and it’s been very quick. I didn’t know if website would get blocked if I used the symbols, so you should be able to figure it out.

 

I circle pertinent info and black out the rest that is none of their business. 😉

Data point.  I recently used the web form for 3 bookings and was credited within 4 to 5 days.

Took about the same time. All went thru. I think the form allows for 10 and I had more than 10 I submitted. I'll try the form again next time perhaps.
