Still need Ocean * apps with the new App live?

I have Ocean Ready, Ocean View and Ocean Compass still on my phone.  Can I safely trash these with the release of the App or do I still need to use them?

Yes, the new app replaces them all.  I actually quite like the new app.

Yeah, the new app is nice.  I still miss some things the old app had like Ocean Play, but, I admit, that was only for fun...

How "new" is this new app?  I am not seeing a recent update for the iPhone.

I actually prefer monitoring my bill on Ocean Concierge. So as long as I can open it, I'm keeping it.

@Ombud  Is Ocean Concierge an app?  I get to it through medallion net.

I get it through the intranet. I had the 'new' app April 6-27, 2024 and couldn't open my bill. Was i doing something incorrectly? I don't connect to the internet onboard bc I like to unplug (ex check bill once a day)

Yes,,medallion net is the intranet link.  We are talking about the same thing, however this thread is about all the apps they use to have and whether they were needed so when you said you ‘were keeping it” regarding Concierge access  it sounded like you were talking about an app.

@t&atravel oops. Thought it was referring as a way to view things through the app. So asking not that I'll do it: is there a spot on the app where the daily bill shows up or does one need to go to:  enchanted.princess.com/homepage

I haven’t been on board for a year or so, so I can’t remember the link to ocean concierge on the app. I think there is a medallion net link where you would switch devices.  I’m not positive about this as it’s been awhile.  You can just go to “medallionnet.com”  to get there.  You don’t have to type the ship specific.  You can also switch devices from there.

 

And there is a place to check your bill on the app, but it is harder to read than the ocean concierge.
