I had the 'new' app April 6-27, 2024 and couldn't open my bill. Was i doing something incorrectly? We are talking about the same thing, however this thread is about all the apps they use to have and whether they were needed so when you said you ‘were keeping it” regarding Concierge access it sounded like you were talking about an app. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

t&atravel Posted July 16 #10 Share Posted July 16 (edited) I haven’t been on board for a year or so, so I can’t remember the link to ocean concierge on the app. I think there is a medallion net link where you would switch devices. I’m not positive about this as it’s been awhile. You can just go to “medallionnet.com” to get there. You don’t have to type the ship specific. You can also switch devices from there.
