What Speciality Restaurants can I use when we first get on the ship?

Have you looked in your planner?  Lunch at boarding might be in chops but not another. Look at lunches and dinner to see which days they are available. Lunches of course only open sea days but not all open at boarding from my experience. Your planner will show what's open for lunch.

I would check the planner, but a few months back, when we boarded we went to Playmaker's. One of the other specialties may also be open for lunch.

If I'm not mistaken, Jamie's is what is open on boarding day on SY.

I would do Jamie’s or Chops , really like both. For lunch or dinner.
