Long time NCL cruiser looking to switch to Celebrity

I have some questions on booking with Celebrity. I will get the drink and wi-fi package, does Celebrity give you any thing else? Does Celebrity help with shore excursions or specialty dining? When can you book entertainment, or is it on a first come first serve. The Apex looks like a wonderful ship and we would love to try it!! Also do they have anytime dining, at any of their restaurants? If not can you book it when you are booking the cruise?

Been on Apex 2 times and loved both. Anytime dining at the 4 main restaurants. Excursions will show up in the app and on the website for you to book before the cruise. Check cancellation policy closely!! You can also book specialty dining in advance or on board. Eden normally books up quickly. Entertainment is first come first serve. Welcome to Celebrity!

E class is pretty much anytime dining at the 4 MDR but you can sign up for dining times easily on the App..  Entertainment first comes first serve, no sign up for it, no help on shore excursions or specialty dining unless you get on board credit, which celebrity does not offer anymore, but many Travel Agents still do and with a much better rate overall, not a big box one, not allowed to give recommendations of TA's.

If you know you want drink pkg. and wifi and you are not booking close in, you should call large travel agencies to see if they have group rates, as those will include those perks and are usually refundable deposit rates and the majority of the time, will cost less than booking directly with Celebrity.

We book and pre pay our Specialty Dining, Excursions and Spa appts ahead of time on the "cruise planner".( we do not use the app) . Book ahead for best times and  slight discounts!

 

X does run "sales" on all of the above and the drink packages fairly often..
