I am totally at lost as why you would initiate this thread. 

 

It seemed obvious that you were concerned that you had signed up with Cruise Plum to give you price change notices, the price on one of your sailings dropped and were upset about not getting a notice. 

 

Why you would even post that here is one thing, but when I told you it is best to contact the people (Cruise Plum) who was supposed to notify you, you ask me "why?"

That's fair, but not really obvious to the reader. Perhaps if you had added "don't depend on them" at the end of your post it would have been more obvious.
