Luggage tags

We are on the Serenity in Sept.  Will we get luggage tags and boarding documents?

Luggage tags - No

 

Boarding Passes - these will be available to download off the Crystal website under your profile after you have completed the pre cruise passenger information that is required. Have you completed that information?

Yes, I completed all the info I want. Nothing happens when I try to open that tab. 
so do I get luggage tags at embarkation?

When your boarding pass is ready you can access it on the website - if you’ve completed the info and it’s not showing have your TA check with Crystal for you 

 

Yes your bags will be tagged at the dock when you check in - the tags are just temporary ones as opposed to permanent ones

If you ask your TA to contact Crystal they can have your e-tickets issued immediately.  Often it is 30 days prior to the cruise but they can get it for you know if you are outside that window.

I got an email Friday with my e tickets attached for NYC-QC departing September 14. Check with your travel advisor, they might have received them
