Is there a question? Not trying to be mean, but that's way to open ended.

However, if you really want an answer, "Dress in layers" 😁

Are you asking about the availability of ground transportation between Seattle and Vancouver, or something else? Not being combative, but your question is really vague.

HAL offers Embarkation Day bus transportation bus from the Seattle airport to the Vancouver cruise terminal.  You can spend the night before in a hotel near the Seattle airport and take a shuttle to the airport meeting location in the morning.  Bus meeting time used to be 8:30 AM for the 5-hour ride.

HAL offers bus transportation back to Seattle on Disembarkation Day.

Both of the above must be booked in advance.

I once stayed in Miami and booked airport transfers from there to Fort Lauderdale. I went to the location I was told to and no one showed up. After an hour with no one showing up, I made several frantic calls to HAL. I never got good answers, and ended up having to book a taxi to avoid risking missing the cruise. HaL didn't seem to have a good system for meeting people who did not have an flight into the airport. Perhaps it's better now. However, you would have a much longer distance and have to cross a border. Me, I would never do that again in a situation like that. I have no faith in HAL after that.

I vote to fly in to Vancouver. It's a beautiful city, and you'll have

at least one night to enjoy it.

If you fly to Seattle and take HAL's transfer to Vancouver,

that's many hours on a bus that you could have spent in Vancouver.
