Disembarking in Reykjavik

Our NCL ship will be in port overnight prior to disembarking the next day. 
If so can we disembark any time to get to airport to catch a flight?

Our flight leaves at 10 am so would need to disembark at 5 or 6 am.

Yes. The ship will be cleared when you dock the day before. You will need to arrange your transport. Note from other threads, its an hour drive, give or take, to KEF. You might consider getting off the first day, and staying at an airport hotel.

For a 10AM flight I wouldn't add the expense of a hotel night.  Get off the ship at 6AM or so, with a reservation for Flybus or one of the other transfer companies which will get you to KEF in about an hour or so.  Be at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight and enjoy the ride home.
