Email Address for Casino Offer Issues?

Does anyone know if there is an email address I can reach out to about an issue with a casino booking offer? I booked using an offer that was supposed to give me $100 of OBC. I can see on my account where it says the promo was applied to that booking number, but when I look at the actual booking, I do not see any OBC listed. I would like to be able to email screenshots somewhere to get it resolved. There is no urgency as the cruise itself is over a year away.

You looked online under Payments/credits?  Did you look on the travel summary also?

All I have in the way of an email:

casinoinquiry@princesscruises.com
or

casinoinquires@princesscruises.com

Not sure which one is current. LMK

I have communicated with them through this email:

support@globalcasinoservices.zendesk.com

However….

I tried emailing casinoinquiry@princesscruises.com and received the following response:

Thank you for being a valued Princess Cruises casino guest. Please note this email is no longer monitored. For all of your casino reservation needs please call 888.772.6697 to speak with one of our navigators. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 5:30PM or Saturday 8A-5P PST

I guess I will have to try to call eventually, which is annoying because I can't show screenshots over the phone.

If you have a CVP they can look into this for you

My CVP has been nothing but completely useless since I started sailing Princess. All he does is send me spam and never reply to emails.

Thanks for the feedback.  When you call, they may have an email for you to send screenshots, if needed.

You had said you were looking for OBC so I didn't chime in earlier.  The free play shows up in a couple of different places: Travel Summary and oddly at the bottom of the "Beverage" page in the Cruise Personalizer on the website.

... and the more I look, the more confused I get. On an upcoming cruise for me, I've got "Casino complementary credit" (that's the $200 that you have to pay for your "free" cruise offer which is kicked back as non refundable OBC) reflected on both the "Extras" and the "Beverage" pages, but not on the "Payments" page where the other OBCs (military, shb, fcd) are listed. The corresponding payment is there, but not the OBC generated by the casino program. My freeplay (that's the stuff that gets added to your machine balance or given out as funny looking chips for the tables) is listed nowhere for that specific cruise, but if I go to general website's My Account=>Circle Savings=>On Board Credits it shows there the CBS generated freeplay as having been applied to that cruise's booking number.

Found it all today, might not be able to next week. fwiw, I've thus far always gotten the OBC and freeplay that I expect. The printed screengrabs never leave my file until I get home and recycle them.
