FLAlaska Posted September 6 #1 Share Posted September 6 I can’t seem to be able to access the personalizer for my Oct 2025 booking. I see it in my app, but can’t do any of the checking steps, order medallion, etc. I get errors. Tried to access the web version but get an incorrect error message when trying to log in. No issues with my other upcoming cruises. im thinking it’s just because she hasn’t launched yet. Thought I’d post here to see if it’s the same for everyone or if I will have to contact Princess. You can, however, order plus and premier packages, wifi and excursions…the money makers! 😳 They are aware that the rest of the functions are not operational and I was told it may be sometime.
