Star Princess- Personalizer

I can’t seem to be able to access the personalizer for my Oct 2025 booking. I see it in my app, but can’t do any of the checking steps, order medallion, etc. I get errors.  Tried to access the web version but get an incorrect error message when trying to log in. No issues with my other upcoming cruises.

 

im thinking it’s just because she hasn’t launched yet. Thought I’d post here to see if it’s the same for everyone or if I will have to contact Princess.

I have a Oct 2025 booking on the Star.   Dining, excursions. medallion order and spa bookings all show an error message.  So Princess probably waiting until launch date is confirmed.

Both my Sun & Star have several issues with app and website.  My other cruises are fine.  I reported all of it but nothing improves.

Presently, you cannot check in, book dining or order the medallion as it is not loaded.

 

You can, however, order plus and premier packages, wifi and excursions…the money makers! 😳

 

They are aware that the rest of the functions are not operational and I was told it may be sometime.

I can book excursions but nothing else. I called and they claim they "escalated" as an error but I have my doubts.

Yes.  It’s been escalated since March.
