First Suite on Royal! Move from Celebrity

Recommended Posts

We are Elite Plus on Celebrity, cruising only in upper level suites for years now.  Yes, we are spoiled!  But, have found a short cruise on the Allure in a Crown Loft Suite that we are excited about.  We are disappointed that there is no Shoreside Concierge group for Royal.  The customer service folks we have spoken with are not very helpful, and have actually given us incorrect information regarding the Suite class benefits.  Do any of you know of ways to contact represetatives that are well versed on the "suite life" on Royal?

Thank you!!!!

Not before the cruise.  You are best to ask specific questions on here

As you have already experienced, info from RCI reps can be suspect - folks here will likely have better info. Read some suite and Allure related threads.

We do nothing but suites for last decade mostly on rccl and celebrity, concierge sends you a email about 5 days before sailing. Entertainment is fantastic on Allure , Broadway play Mama Mia, fantastic aqua show and ice skating show. But I think you will be disappointed with rccl suite restaurant costal kitchen, Luminae is superior. Also suite lounge is much nicer on celebrity.

AL_concierge01@RCCL.com should be able to help you, but they probably won't contact you until the week before the cruise.
