Best Piano Entertainer on Carnival?

The best I've seen! Everyone else has been a huge disappointment.

 

Good to hear. Sent Brad an e-mail and he told me the week we are on the Liberty is his last week before going back to Toronto. Can't wait to see and hear him.

We just returned from a 7 days cruise ont he Splendor. Chris in the Piano Bar was GREAT! We were there every night, met a lot of fun people and loved to listen to Chris play, sing and get the crowd going. Thanks Chris for making our cruise!

Well according to Angela's facebook, they extended her on the Legend, but failed to inform her. She thought she was getting off the Legend last Sunday but thinks she has been extended for two weeks (which would bring her to the 22nd, since she thought she was leaving on the 8th). Score another one for the excellent communication from the Carnival home office. (that would be sarcasm. :rolleyes:)

Apparently Angela posted on her Facebook page that she is officially off the Legend on Sunday! So now we wonder again who it will be!

Jonathan Li should be your piano man on the Valor. Jonathan like many on the list is a newbie to the Carnival piano bars so we don't know much about him yet. I hope you will come back and let us know what you think.

Jonathan Li is AWESOME!!!! He takes the time to get to know his crowd and developed a loyal following after the first night!

 

My friends and I were there every night. I don't know how he remembers everyones name, but he does. He brings out the guitar and the harmonica too!

 

I registered on this site specifically to give Jon the props that he so well deserves.

Just back from the Fascination 4/29 sailing. The piano bar was never open due to the fact that the piano wasnt working---argh !

 

Strangely enough, on Friday, last sea day, went to afternoon tea (which was held in p bar) and Dana was in there playing the piano.

 

So I dont know if the p bar is open now or not.

I was wondering if you may have got wind on who is replacing Angela on the Legend! After it was announced that she was staying on past 5/15 - she announced on her FB page that she was staying on - and then next post she announced that it was official - she was leaving the Legend on Sunday!!

I was recently lamenting on this thread about the poor experiences I had in the piano bar the last few times....with the worst being 2 months ago.....Just booked the Valor and am looking forward to checking out Jonathan Li !!!

Just back from the Fascination 4/29 sailing. The piano bar was never open due to the fact that the piano wasnt working---argh !

 

Strangely enough, on Friday, last sea day, went to afternoon tea (which was held in p bar) and Dana was in there playing the piano.

 

So I dont know if the p bar is open now or not.

 

Just returned from the 5/07 Fascination sailing.

Piano bar was open and Dana was playing/singing during our cruise.

I thought he did a good job - very open to requests and he played/sang a lot of different types of music. I look forward to cruising with Dana as the piano bar player again.
