This is disappointing news to me (That Brad Alexander is leaving the Liberty and going to the Valor on 9/18/11).

 

I see that the singer listed for the Liberty now (beginning 7/16/11) is called Pollyanna Jones:eek:. Has anyone ever seen this piano bar singer before?

I googled her name, and I think I found her website at pollyanna dot com. If this is the same Pollyanna Jones that is on the Liberty then it seems she has a pretty good list of songs and artists in her repertoire. Seems she's from Australia.

Hands down i would have to say Greg Gallello from the Miracle in February!! We usually wander into the piano bar, listen for a bit then leave. We didnt with Greg the piano bar was a nightly ritual for us. He even sang me a song for my birthday lol, also found out he is from a small town about 150 km from me, Grand Bend Ontario.

I just returned from sailing with 14 friends and family on the Fascination and were so lucky to have Larry Maconaghy as our piano player. My best friend, sister and I became "The Tequila Girls" and we were in the piano bar every night - and watched him play on deck on the at sea day. Very entertaining and so much fun!!!

How long has Brad Alexander been on the Liberty? I think he was supposed to be our piano bar singer when we sailed back in 2007. For some reason the piano bar was closed all week, so we never got to see him. Whoever we had on the Legend back in '06 was awesome! For the life of me I can't remember his name... :confused:

 

Edit: Checked WAY back, apparently I posted on this thread in '06. We had someone named Brady. He's not on the list anymore. Oh well. I still think Brad was on the Liberty in '07. Is he any good?

There is someone in there, a temporary guy named Rick. I don't have anymore info at the moment, just that he is filling in. The last guy left rather unexpectedly.

Eric Fischer is a great piano bar singer. We had him on the Victory way back in Dec 2007. I don't think he is with Carnival anymore, sadly.

You are talking about Ron Pass. He is simply Carnival's best. Unfortunately, he does not do a lot of sailings. During the summer, he does a gig in Hayden Lake, Idaho and in the winter plays in Puerto Vallarta. He will be on the Blogger's Cruise.

Nothing on the Freedom yet, but I'll probably have a name before you sail in 3 months.

 

Eric is done with Carnival for the time being. Last time I talked to him he was heading out on Holland America.
