Thomas Cook Airline

Just booked seats for July/07 with Thomas Cook airline to Gatwick. Does anybody know how the seats and food are. I believe they are a British airline.

I have heard it is a charter airline much like Air transat operated by/through Marlin/Thomas Cook travel

The airline is not related to Thomas Cook Travel agencies, which in Canada are now owned by Transat. I have read that they have pretty decent room on their 757's that fly from Toronto.

My mother flies from Manchester to Toronto a couple of times a year with Thomas Cook and has always had an excellent flight. She would not fly with Air Transat or Skyservice at all.

 

The great thing is that they have rates for 2007 already posted over 1yr in advance at very good prices.

 

I am considering using them next June for our Rome trip to fly from Toronto to Gatwick and then get a connection through another airline to Rome.

I have booked my flights from Toronto - Gatwick for July/07 already. Princess wanted $1,179/pp and Canadian Affairs was $855 (picking the seats and fuel charge total $899). I thinks I got a good price for the middle of July.
