Are the ships showing World Cup????

We'll be sailing during the last 2 days of games on Sovereign, and we must see them!! Anyone know for sure if they will be played somewhere on the ship?

Yes, we were just on the Freedom and they even listed the time and location of game in the Compass...it was a regular topic of discussion and activity.

Voyager showed all games last week anyway.....

Explorer showed them for the 6/16 cruise as long as Sattelite was working. They were shown in the room, at Weekend Warrior and the 19th Hole (maybe more places).

Yep, onboard Explorer they were showing the world cup in the lounges that had televisions (I think it was the Crown & Kettle in the promenade).

We were on the Sovereign last year during football season and they had a bar at the Viking Crown Lounge that was showing direct satellite feeds of the NFL games on Sunday.

 

Don't know for sure but I assume they will be showing the World Cup games there as well.

Yes with crew from at least 50 countries they are showing them.

Soccer fans are awesome. We were on the Freedom of the Seas this past week and they were all on Deck 4 hanging out in the lounge right outside of the crypt&casino watching the game on the plasma screen. It was packed there and everyone was cheering and yelling so loud that you could hear them from inside the elevator on the 11th deck! Another great moment on board that fabulous cruise ship.
