Sea Princess - Balcony size on Caribe deck?

What you have read is about the larger Grand Class vessels in the fleet, I am sure. On the Sea Princess, and other ships in the Sun Class, the standard balcony cabins have the same sized balconys. They are 'cut from the hull' and fully covered. The size is approx. 3 1/2 feet by the width of the cabin itself.

Only way to get a larger balcony on the Sea is to either book an AC mini, on the side of the ship, where the balcony will still be approx. 3 1/2 feet wide but double in length. Or an aft mini or full suite. The aft suite balcony sizes depend on the deck you book as to the size.

Although not quite what was being asked, there is one thing that the OP might want to know: The cutouts for the balcony cabins on C deck are smaller than those on A and B decks, so the C deck balconies may seem to be less "open".

Something else to know is that on the Sea Princess (and the Sun and Dawn Princess) the aft section of Aloha deck is open and is a great place to hang out with lots of loungers under cover and uncovered. We had a balcony right down the hallway but wound up spending a lot of time relaxing on loungers on the aft deck.
