Windjammer Freedom Outside Dining Area?

After looking at the map of the ship, it appears Windjammer on Freedom may have an outside dining area. Is this true or am I just confused?!?

No. Sorry. The Windjammer on Freedom is completely indoors.

The Sovereign, used to have an outside area of the windjammer, often had to fight way seagulls trying to steal your food. They covered it in when the SOS had her major refurb.

Radiance class ships have an outside area--no birds were seen by us--! It is a nice touch, if you must eat in the Windjammer!
