how do you post a large picture instead of a thumbnail?

 

You have to link to it. The photo must be hosted somewhere on the Internet. Then you link to it using the little yellow box with the picture of the mountain in it (just below the undo arrow). Then you get something like this ...

 

The Mariner in the Los Angeles harbor ...

First you have to have the picture posted somewhere online (like a website). THen you click the little photo icon with teh picture of the mountains on it. It will ask you for a web link to your picture. Put in the link and whamo blamo, the pic is posted full size :)

OK, I'll have to tell you as nobody guessed it. Wala is one of the islands of Espiritu Santo, of the Vanuatu Islands of the South Pacific. There is great snorkling to be enjoyed there amongst WW11 American war vehicles and ships.
