Platinum and Diamond recognition by staff

PH, I was told by the C&A Diamond Plus desk that it was a total of more than two of all suites [lumped together].....that was the case when I got the upgrades I did get. I'm not sure about OV or Balconies, but it was my understanding it was more than five OVs [lumped] or more than 5 Balconies[lumped]. Royal Suite is excluded and not available for a free upgrade.

 

I agree, they have really diminished the exclusive benefits for D+.....they are not exclusive behind the scenes tours anymore.

See,Im not sure about that.when I tried for an upgrade on the MA,they would not(at first) give me an OS cuz there was only 4.........they offered me a GS instead,.....(eventually an OS became available and I got that)........

And that is why they invented the REDIAL button on thephone. Call 7 times & get 7 different answers. When the one you want is mentioned then get very friendly to get it.
