Congrats to you, Robyn!!! I just made Diamond in May and have only sailed on Sovereign since, so I didn't get to enjoy a CL! I will be looking forward to seeing you in the CL on Mariner in November!! :D

Those not Diamond, will, durng life boat drill, be assigned a life boat and their turn to row so all Diiamonds can water ski from the stern of whatever RCI ship they happen to be on!

I managed to make Diamond status in 2 years (5 cruises all in suites). I have been trying to calculate how long it will take me to reach Diamond Plus.....my guess is about another 6 years :eek: Not sure how I can keep up the 2 cruises a year thing......getting a bit on the pricey side :o

It took us 7 years to reach Diamond Plus and with 19 total cruises (20 credits). The Majesty 3 day/4 day B2B gave us the 4 cruise credits we needed for Diamond Plus. We would be on that ship once a month if we lived in Miami near the port. OMG....we would be DOUBLE DOUBLE DIAMOND PLUS PLUS by now...!!:eek:

In a JS for 12 nights or longer, you get 3 cruise credits, not 2.

 

This is from the RCCL website;

Additional Benefits

Receive an extra cruise credit when you purchase and sail in a suite (categories RS, OS, FS, GS, JS) for sailings beginning on or after January 1, 2004

Receive two cruise credits for a 12-night or longer cruise/cruisetour on or after January 1, 2003 ****

 

The most you can receive is 3 credits per cruise. ;)
