private transportation from Heathrow?

I'm interested in hearing what transfer service folks have used from London airports. Have been given a couple of names, but haven't gotten corrobation. Hoping to hear at least a "second" for one of the companies before I choose one to confirm. Rates seem to be similar. Thanks.

Are you going on a Seabourn cruise? If so, which one.

 

I have used British Airport Cars many times from/to LGW, LHR and both Southampton and Tower Pier.

Thank you for responding, cruisr. We're sailing Regent in September, Dover-Monte Carlo. There've been two names of transfer companies offered on the Regent boards, but no "seconds" for either of them. That's why I thought I'd post on another board and see if I can get some kind of corrobation. I did message British Airport Cars and they're a good deal more expensive than the two that were highly touted on the other board, viz Portcullis (Frank Geller) and Adelphi Executive. We're looking to go first to Canterbury for one night and then the next day on to Dover to embark on Voyager. (I posted on Seabourn because the only other folks we know who cruise always cruise Seabourn and love it.)
