Which Company do you prefer

Can anyone recommend a tour company which they enjoyed and found reasonably priced?

I have found these:

Gray Line

Manchu Pichu Tours

Isabelle Tours.

 

Anyone done any of these?

Tour for what??? I think a self drive to Laura plantation is the way to go if you are looking for a plantation tour, much more "personal" than Oak Alley. Touring the FQ?? Go on your own.

When we did a few nights pre-cruise at NOLA, we booked Dixie Tours on-line. They were great. It is $10 cheaper booking on-line than through a conceriege ($35). Their modern airconditioned van accommodates about 6-7 couples. The driver/guide has a microphone so you can hear him at all times. The tour picks you up at your hotel by 9 a.m. and goes through the Garden District with a stop near Anne Rice's house plus other stops, a stop within a historical cemetary, drive through the FQ and many other areas which we would not have seen in a 4 hour tour. It was great without the crowds of Grey Line, etc.
