Jewel deck plans show larger balconies?

Recommended Posts

Deck plans indicate that cabins 8166 and 8666, and 9254 and 9654 have larger balconies than the other side balconies. Is this true or are the plans skewed? I know there are larger balconies for E1 cabins on deck 7.

We were in JS 1098 (and it doesn't show it on the deck plans, but it's there!) and we had a "hidey-hole" area aft of the main balcony. It gave us lots of extra room! Ours was considered "partially obstructed", but it really wasn't obstructed at all! Great area (except for the extra motion you will feel)
