Yes.

There will be general price discounts advertised on flyers in the spa and delivered to your room, coupons if you're in Captains Club (if you're in the RCCL past cruisers program you can get equal status on Celebrity by calling Captains Club to register and tie into your RCCL account), and sometimes even a "bid" form which leads me to believe price on port days might be negotiable - although I've never tried it nor had a massage on a port day.

There is a large spa and two hot tubs and a large Thermal Pool in the AquaSpa for ADULTS ONLY. (exceptions sometimes on Cold Weather Cruises)

On the M-Class ships the use of the AquaSpa is free and no advanced reservation is required.

Thalassotherapy Pool*

*Enjoy complimentary use of the Thalassotherapy Pool aboard our fleet of ships with the exception Galaxy, and Mercury, which offer pool use for a small fee. Package options are available for purchase. Suite guests enjoy complimentary use of the pool at all times. Thalassotherapy Pool is not available onboard Celebrity Century.
