Princess & HAL Booking System Down Today 3/14

Just got an email from my TA saying that Princess and HAL's booking systems are down today, right at the start of booking the 2009 European cruise season. If you can't find a cruise on the Princess site or your TA hasn't responsed to an inquiry, that's the reason why.

It wasn't working this morning, but now seems to be working fine. :)

I found that out this AM, when I tried booking a 2009 cruise, & my TA couldn't because the system was down. She does have all my info & hopefully I'll hear back within the next few days.

I'm such a twit. I read this and thought ok, that's why it's taking so long to get my quote..quietly pounding on my keyboard in actipation...Where is my darn quote!!! Then I checked home e:mail (could have sworn I gave them work e:mail) and there it had been sitting for 90 minutes...ERRR..Anyway, we were able to book Yippee!!

This must have started last night Pam. I could get into the Princess site last night, but no pricing was available. What a time for the sites to go down, just as they are releasing those new itineary prices. :( Thanks for the heads up though, I will stop trying. ;)

It has been up and running since noon PDST.
