triton77 Posted July 19, 2014 #2507 Share Posted July 19, 2014 Does anyone know where I can get the daily activities guide? On Disney it was called the navigator and was put into the staterooms each night I'm not sure what it's called on Royal. I was just wondering what the activities they have each day. We are leaving on the Aug 17 cruise and I'm just trying to figure out how royal works compared to the other cruises we've been on. Any advice for a newbie?:D

It is normally posted as part of reviews here on CC. Keep an eye on out for Freedom reviews, or just do a search for "Compass".

krazy_dave Posted July 23, 2014 #2511 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Is something happening with Freedom next summer? I looked at an August cruise I was interested in and almost every suite comes up as N/A. It shows this for a few cruises. I can't believe that everything is fully booked over a year away

On the opening page of the booking, the staterooms show up as N/A, but if you go farther into the booking, you see the prices.

beshears Posted July 23, 2014 #2514 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Yes, RESERVED dining is for the "first day" of the cruise. If you don't want reserved dining with the same people each night, then you need to go to one of the other restaurants.
LadyBeBop Posted July 23, 2014 #2515 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Is muster still going on when the ship begins saillng? Curious, because our first cruise was on Princess about 20 years ago, and our other cruise was on Carnival about 10 years ago. So much excitement on deck as our Princess ship set sail out of our original port (San Juan), something that was missed on our Carnival cruise out of Tampa since we were still in muster. Possibly sailing on the FOS in 2015.

casinostreer Posted August 8, 2014 #2519 Share Posted August 8, 2014 So - for those recently off FOS - is "Marquee" still on the second night? I already have tickets to the ice show - but you can't reserve tickets for the other shows and I don't want to miss it. :-) Any info is welcome. Trying to figure out what night to hit Portofino's. Of no one has the order just go to Portofinos once you board. They will have the menu rotation for the week along with copies of the menus. Never had a problem making reservations on the first day.
