Which airline should I choose?

You do not mention prices or the routing for each airline. These would strongly influence my decision.

First choice. AirTran. Ranked #1 in service and #1 in baggage handling among all US domestic airlines. Also very good pricing and the youngest fleet of aircraft.

JetBlue BUF-FLL

 

Probably based on everything, you'll find they're the cheapest, and a very comfortable way to go.

I use JetBlue whenever possible. I tried AirTran - didn't like them.

I'd do JetBlue into FLL first, then American and then Delta. I'm not a fan of Southwest, hate the need to check in 24 hours ahead to grab a seat and only fly them when I have to.

Since they have introduced their version of Business I've found their prices to be very high as well.
