Larry lobster Posted March 19, 2005 #394 Share Posted March 19, 2005 This is our first cruise to Alaska, but our fourth cruise. We have spent the last 5 summer(vacations) on escorted land tours in Europe. The US dollor still has some value in Alaska. Thanks for all of the posting on the boards. I have learned a lot, and I can not wait until we fly to Vancouver (1 pre-cruise night). Any one else going on this cruise, or do we have the ship to ourselves? gprentice Posted March 23, 2005 #395 Share Posted March 23, 2005 Hi Larry, We're cruising with you on the Island Princess July2. Looking forward to a great time. We've never cruised Princess before but have read good things. We're also spending about 5 days after the cruise in the Seward - Talkeetna area for another leg of the vacation. Have you booked all of your activities yet? Graham
