The Perfect Cruise Accessory for the Drinker

Recommended Posts

and just HOW did you find this magnicent accessory?

I cannot imagine what you googled for that.

Geoff I agree most drinkers who would find a need for that probably do have their own inbuilt beer belly.

good find anyway and well worth a giggle.

sorry if you were serious:p :D

Would work well with the wine cask bladder, sipping on a Seppelts as you walk the decks at sailaway. Trouble is if I wore one, they would take me off to hospital thinking I was about to have quads or something. As partaking of so many calories on a cruise, it does not take long for even a male to look pregnant.!

What the!....are man-cans and mirkins?

Trish

Well - as you asked.

Man Cans

As a male develops a beer belly, other parts of the torso can also take on fatty tissue.

They would make a great accessory, so you could have one for gin & one for vermouth - and make a Martini on the run

Solo has also began to use the phrase - to suggest that these form on guys who do things not considered to be OK for an Aussie bloke. http://www.mancans.com.au/all_about_mancans.html

Merkin

Firstly let me say that I am not drinking out of anything that resembles a merkin. It is rumoured that Icy has seen a silver one displayed on a cruise.

Crikey..that guy in the pic must be a Princess Elite Cruiser, I can see at least 150 days of calorie/kilojule overloads there. Yes, an 'A' grade buffet eater for sure and a couple of buckets of beers a day.

PS Geoff Arxcards..is that a self portrait following your last cruise on SP? Take it easy on ROS old son, avoid the buffet!

Cheers..Les:cool:

Lmao, that must be seconds or he is on a diet as you do not get a belly like that with one sanger!

I have always thought a wine or grape variety called Merkin would be very funny, having people buy it and then someone realising what the word meant i.e "something to be said about the quality and texture of the 2000 vintage Merkin, with its subtle flavor and hairy overtones"!:D:D

It's not just the boys who have all the fun. They sell Wine Racks too for the girls

But as Geoff says, what about those with pre-existing beer bellies/wine racks???? :p :p :p :p

Wow - missed that. Beats a wonder bra (a scene from one of the Porky's movies is in flashback mode atm).

Wine rack & beer belly could be worn together on a bloke - just that overfilling the wine rack might make you look irrestistable!

I bet she has a thimble full judging by the picture!

A real drinker would use a knee knocking version!:D

We have both had a great laugh over this. Thanks all. I can see us on our next cruise - pointing out all the beerbellies, man cans, and wine racks. I just hope we don't see any mirkins.:D:D

We also had a laugh about the woman in the tastless dresses on the thread about formal wear. If she was wearing a mirkin, I think everyone would see it.:D
