Outside Deck Access?

We're considering a New England/Canada trip in October on Caribbean Princess and have never cruised Princess before. Can anyone suggest a deck where you have easy access to an outside deck? We may consider an inside cabin for the first time, so this is a priority when choosing a location. Thanks in advance for your help

but there are no cabins on the Promenade Deck. Nor one above or below. I'd opt for a high up cabin - Deck 12 or higher then you can run up the stairs.

The Emerald deck is right above the Promenade deck. There are plenty of rooms on the Emerald deck.

We will be sailing the Caribbean Princess for the first time in August. We booked an inside cabin on the Riviera deck, towards the back of the ship by the Terrace pool. Opinions on this board are that this is a great location for an inside because you can walk right out into the pool area, which is usually very quiet.

The best spot on the entire ship! We have R737 booked for B2B Emerald cruises next January. The Caribbean is the same layout in this regard.

I think your best area would be Emerald deck forward in the 200's you have insides and outsides.

To get out on deck just walk forward in the passageway just a few feet and you can access the upper promanade deck area through doors on both sides of the ship. :)

And, on the Lido deck you can stroll forward and come out on the observation deck above the bridge. It is locked when you're at sea ... or in particularly windy situations. But, it's a great place to view your arrival into port.
