138east Posted September 14, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2008 If I need to cancel an excursion, how much lead time do I need? I can book online now, but there are no times offered. I am traveling with my 90 year old mother and am concerned that the ultimate time that is assigned may not be convenient.

When you actually click to book the excursion, the next page will have the times that it is offered, and you can make your selection and decide to purchase there. The excursion times are not listed on the first pages. If that is the issue of times, then try going further along in the booking process. :)
