Mariner D1 aft cabin question

Recommended Posts

I recently sailed on AOS in a deck 10 D1 aft cabin. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was 5-6 feet longer than other D1 cabins I have been in. Is this also the case with the D1's (only on deck 10) on Mariner, please?

I havent sailed her yet - scheduled to next April. But we have an aft D1 on Deck 10 (1690 to be specific) and I did alot of research and for sure the balconies are bigger. Even the Aft E1 balconies are bigger. I understand they have room for 2 loungers, 2 chairs and a table or something similar.

We sailed in 1690 on Navigator and 1694 on Voyager. The cabins are definitely deeper. I found them to be about the width of a door wider. Four of the aft cabins are connecting and have the extra door into the next cabin. The small amount of extra space is very noticeable and nice. :)

Thank you overthe edge! I have a hold on 1690 MOS for the price of an E cabin. What a deal, huh? My TA is awesome!

We loved that cabin and balcony. I would have to say, having cruised 5 times with a balcony (3 aft), 1690 has been my favorite. We have 7688 and 1688, both aft, booked on upcoming cruises. So....we'll see........;)
