I'm a citizen! Are you?

Recommended Posts

Just looking though the new RCCL web site http://www.nationofwhynot.com and noticed several cruise friends already listed as citizens. (Hi Emmy!!)

I'm one too.

Good campaign since it shows how everyone's fun can be different. It's a great fit considering how many different things there are to do on RCCL ships.

Fun stuff!

Yes! I also joined a little while ago, fun site, despite all of the negative reviews already posted on various threads.

It's cool to look at everyone's photos and read their 'memorable moments' Looking forward to seeing what else they do with the site (if anything) :)

I guess I'm a bit jaded about using real last names anywhere on the Internet. Probably has something to do with my JOB.

It is important, however, that travelers can learn from this," says Cruise Critic Community Manager Laura Sterling.

There are currently 65 pages of "citizens". At 12 per page, that is 780 people. I wonder when they started soliciting for members. They all can't be CC members...:confused:

I was surprised to find myself there and had to think back to when I posted the pictures. There was a "Memorable Moments" contest sometime ago on the RCI website and that is where my pics etc. were posted. So I am a Citizen. Did go in and edit the title from Sheriff of the Bellyfloppers to Princess of the Casino (so much more me :p)

I have a picture but it won't accept it.

Yeah they did that to me too. I submitted a picture, they didn't accept that one but accepted another one. Some of my other pictures say "coming soon"

The site is quirky that's for sure. But what would I expect? It took them how long to fix credits online? I expect nothing less now. :p
