Veendam - bermuda 2010

Now that HAL has extended Veendam's season for Bermuda -- I would love to do that cruise -- did it many years ago on NCL and Princess -- and loved it.

 

But DH just doesn't want to put up with small commuter planes going to New York and risking that our luggage won't arrive with us.

 

Can you travel by Amtrak? If you can get to DC you can take the Acela. Very nice.

Or drive? That's what we're thinking of doing.

No Amtrack in our area.

Driving -- out of the question -- DH has too many medical problems and can't drive for more than an hour -- and then he has had it.

With my eye problems, I now do very little driving -- just close to home.
