dinosaurdem Posted December 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 19, 2008 (edited) Just got assigned to C431 on the Crown Princess. It's right next to the elevators. How's the noise. Caribbean Sunsets Posted December 19, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 19, 2008 I was in C430 last year on the Crown and there were no noise issues. I enjoyed the central location of being midship and steps from the elevator and stairs.

Iamcruzin Posted December 19, 2008 #4 Share Posted December 19, 2008 Last month we were in B422 on the Baja deck about two doors past the archway at the panaramic lifts. No noise best location. I hope that someday I will fortunate enough to have a stateroom in this location again
Colo Cruiser Posted December 19, 2008 #5 Share Posted December 19, 2008 That location should not be an issue. :)
mii Posted December 19, 2008 #6 Share Posted December 19, 2008 On most of my cruises we have picked a cabin by elevators for the convenience. We have had virtually no problems and noise issues. Marilyn
micbri Posted December 19, 2008 #7 Share Posted December 19, 2008 We were in A309 near the elevators in October 07. Liked it enough to book it for January.

Colo Cruiser Posted December 21, 2008 #11 Share Posted December 21, 2008 Princess has some of the most soundproof rooms I think. :)
hab60 Posted November 7, 2016 #12 Share Posted November 7, 2016 As I'm a loud snorer, my wife says she never worries about the noise outside the room, it's the noise INSIDE the room that is the problem. We've had rooms near lifts and stairs in the past and there never has been a problem.
GUT2407 Posted November 7, 2016 #13 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Just got assigned to C431 on the Crown Princess. It's right next to the elevators. How's the noise. Becky and Ron I stay in pretty much that location every cruise now (due to some medical conditions) never had a problem with noise so far.
RetiredNTraveling Posted November 7, 2016 #14 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Nothing to worry about! We have been in C432 Suite on the Star and C415 Suite on the Golden! There wasn't enough noise to be concerned over. We would take either room again and again. Just Mike

hab60 Posted November 8, 2016 #16 Share Posted November 8, 2016 What about the people passing by your cabin? :p They can take their chances :). If they are wandering about the corridor at that time of night, good luck to them!
jennybenny Posted November 8, 2016 #17 Share Posted November 8, 2016 I think you are fine. We didn't expedience any noise on the Crown and we were worried about being the cabin closest to the lifts (inside room). Worked out fine. Great location and easy to get around.
