That is a rather common message to receive when trying to log into your reservation. 99.99% of the time it means nothing other than that you need to wait a bit to access your reservation.

I had that happened once a long time ago...but RCI took care of it...and I have been a good customer since then.:D

Our HONEYMOON cruise was cancelled! We didn't find out until we pulled up at Port Canaveral! BUT they gave us our money back and a free cruise! We got back on the road and saw the signs for Disney World and I've been addicted to Disney ever since. (Except for the occasional cruise!):p

 

ETA: We took the cruise for our first anniversary and have loved cruising ever since too!

The two most common things that cause that are if you left the reservation open in another browser, or something else is happening to cause RCI to access your reservation. Example, you are on waiting list for 2nd seating or if your room is on a guarantee and they have picked your room. I think it locks out any web changes for 30 minutes.

I was once told by a phone agent that she couldn't access my account because I had been on it online a couple of minutes prior.

Can also happen if both pax have an RCI account and one is logged in. Sorry...

My question was tongue-in-cheek. I was able to access my reservation about five minutes later and, no, my cabin assignment had not been changed. :sigh:
