Another Solstice Question

I was looking at the deck plans and was curious about something. There are two S1 sky suites (1663 & 1666) on the aft of the Penthouse deck. The diagrams seem to indicate these cabins are larger. Is this true?

These cabins are terrific. They are shaped differently than the "in-line" Sky Suites that run along the side of the ship. I'm not sure how they measure sq footage wise against one another but given a choice, I would always take the after corner Sky Suites. Great cabin, great balcony and no metal pole superstructure and overhang to deal with. Just my thoughts. Some folks really like the overhang that completely covers the veranda.

We loved these Sky Suites. They are much larger. I have pictured of these posted under my signature. The one comment I have heard is some don't like the pole in the room. But honestly, until someone mentioned it, I didn't even notice it. I would book this room again without a doubt.

Did you have any noise problems with the cafe directly above your room? I am going on the March 29th cruise and am considering my booking options.

We're in a corner SS on the Solstice next week. Cabin 7356. Your pics are of a SS on the starboard corner too. What deck was yours on? (trying to get a sense of where the poles might be in ours)Thanks
