Striking photo of Pride!

Dan,

 

That was a good photo at the glacier, but there are better photos than that and I hope you can get them.

 

The Pride had perfect, calm, sunny weather going around Cape Horn. It stopped at the "harbor" in front of the lighthouse for almost three hours while the ship's tender went ashore with all the passengers passports. We all got wonderful two-page passport stamps form the Cape Horn customs (aka the lighthouse keepers - a husband and wife team from the Chilean Navy and their two young daughters). On the way back, the tender officers (which icluded Jan the cruise director) took pictures of the Pride against the Cape Horn scenery.

 

Please, try to get them and post them. It was a spectacular and most unusual day at the end of the world.
