HI....A couple of friends and I were on the top of the funnel. Dose that make us members of the Whale Tail Club ?

Absolutely you should be the Unofficial Official VP Inspector of the Top of the Funnel Club and your friends the Unofficial Official Assistants to the VP Inspector! Happy Holidays and let the club know the next time you decide to climb it; we might just join you...

I missed this...what is the Whale Tail Club? I also see this in folk's signature.

Hey all from snowy Chicago! As the PROUD standing-group leader-elect of the Whale Tail club' date=' let me just say hellloooo and Welcome!! We are the Official Whale-Tail-A-Palooza gang, otherwise known as "Tailers". We are a fine but perhaps just a bit skewed group from all over the nation who have come together on Cruise Critic in pursuit of cruising craziness. And lo and belold we've found it!

We have a rather small, but select group of GREAAATTTTT people doing a group cruise on July 10, 2010 to the Bahamas out of Jacksonville. Check out our group link and please feel free to join in on the fun.

Warning: A conga line group event has already been planned as well as a group treasure hunt. If you want to join in on this, you will need to brush up on your conga-ing as well as hunting/sleuthing skills pre-boarding.

LOLOL....no, we won't be getting nutty up here in Chicago....but we WILL be getting a bit nutty on our group cruise on July 10.

As for what the club is, it's simply a group of people who have met here on Cruise Critic who, last May, started a group cruise and decided to call ourselves the Whale Tail Club. No dues at all!!!!!:D All you have to do to be in the club is to love Carnival and sail on her once in a while. And, of course, you'll have to assign yourself a fancy title. THEN, if you do decide to join in on the group cruise this July, you'll get an ultra-deluxe name badge and door decor!! Oh my!!!! How can this be, you ask? Well, as the group leader elect and ALSO the Vice President of name badges and stateroom door decor, I assure you they will be there or my name isn't...well...Vice President of Name Badges and Stateroom Door Decor. VPONBASDD for short.:p

Check out our Carnival Fascination 7-10-10 group thread. Join us....we're fun...just ask us!

Hmmm. Apparently, I've been "buffaloed". A good friend (who shall remain nameless) told me, in order to join the Whale Tail club, I had to drink a pitcher of Margaritas, then stand in the middle of the Atrium and sing the "Popeye" theme song for all to hear. Oh well, at least I can say, without modesty, that I am the Official Lounge Chair Tester. If I am on your cruise, I will gladly test your lounge chair for you. However, in all fairness, the test can sometimes take two or three hours.
