C709 Diamond Princess

We are going to Alaska in June and have treated ourselves for the first time with Princess (7 cruises) to a balcony!! Has anybody any comments on the Caribe balconies on the Diamond, and have we made the right decision?

Caribe deck balconies are larger than others. Yes you made the right choice. You will love the balcony! Also, Alaska is beautiful, Enjoy your cruise!

We are in the same cabin (C709) on the Diamond on the May 23 cruise to Alaska. Hope it's nice!

Have never been in 709, but have been in 703 on the Grand and loved it!! The balcony is a great size and we love the location.

Good for you.....................please report back on your return if you can. We leave the UK on the 5th and join her on the 6th.

Great cabin and great location. You'll be near the aft elevators, making it easy to get up to the Horizon Court! It should be a low traffic area that far aft. Most people won't be wandering around back there, unless they are the current crop of short term residents.

 

Love the Diamond, and Caribe balconies are wonderful.
