Recently returned from an Emerald cruise that included a visit to St. Thomas. DW pruchased a ring from Cardow that had a problem. Marty, the port shopping consultant,agreed that there was a problem and filled out a form. DW called the number on the form and was directed to Cardow. johnmik1 Posted April 25, 2009 #5 Share Posted April 25, 2009 We bought a tennis bracelet at Cardow in St Thomas and within two days five diamonds had fallen out and were lost.We went to the Princess shopping rep and she took it from us and returned it to Cardow the following week.It was then mailed to us after being repaired.Great customer service on Princess's part.
