I am really glad for this thread.

 

I just booked my Amazon Cruise on Pacific Princess first thing this morning. Another destination checked off my bucket list.

I also find these CC boards to be very valuable. I just booked my Papeete to Honolulu cruise this morning. More details here.

Myself, my husband and some friends of ours are eagerly awaiting for 8.30am tomorrow when our TA can book us on Diamond Princess Beijing to Singapore, for Oct 2010.

 

Although Princess USA went on sale today, Princess UK have to wait til tomorrow morning.

 

Fingers crossed, we get the cabins we want, as we have been pre registered for this for quite a while, and this cruise is a special one for both of us couples, ROV's...birthdays:)

I also booked our Tahiti - Hon cruise for Nov 2010 today; something i've been waiting do to for months.

I'll be celebrating my "Fabulous Fifty" and cannot think of a better way to mark this milestone!!:)

 

We booked an aft cabin on the Royal; anyone have any thoughts on an aft for this voyage?? Would we be better off with a port or starbord cabin??

 

We do love the aft cabins so pleasse say we made a good choice!

Thanks, Karen. This morning the info wasn't on the Princess website. But we got home tonight around 10, and the site has the prices now. So it's just a matter of hoping hubby will want to book it. He's a bit stressed out now, so not a good time to bring it up.

We got a phone call from our TA at 9.45am (BST) to say that she has got us booked on the Far East, Beijing to Singapore cruise M030, onboard Diamond Princess, departing 3rd OCt 2010.

 

WE are so pleased, as we gave her a list of 14 cabins numbers for us, and another 14 for our friends, as we wanted cabins opposite each other, so we make the most of sunsets having balconies on the port and starboard side, and she came up trumps!!:D

 

She got us both our second choice of cabins (C504 and C505)....couldn't ask for more...

 

Anyone else booked on this yet??

Wondering when the revised deck plans for the Golden will be on the website.

 

We are wondering the same thing now that we are booked. With all the changes it is hard to visualize where everything is now placed. At least Princess has until next year to provide us with a map. We will be 1st in line to get that brochure. The planning begins for our return to Hawaii. Aloha!

THANK YOU For putting this on the cruise critic boards (my internet's been down and this is the first time i'm back). I've been dying to find out when Princess was going to to Tahiti. Everyone's talking about they booked with their TA. how did you find your exotic cruise TA in the first place?

ANY TA can book exotics. We got our TA from these boards back when you were allowed to post names. :rolleyes:

 

Thanks Chamima but I guess I just don't know how to go about finding a "good" TA. Last time I did a cruise we did via a random TA we found (because price was good) and she was aweful. oh well. thanks anyway.

When will the regular "non-exotic" :D South American itineraries be available for Princess? Specifically I'm looking for a 12-day itinerary in Jan. or Feb. of 2011. The same or similar to what Star Princess is doing in Jan. and Feb. of 2010.
