Shogun Posted June 16, 2009 Author #103 Share Posted June 16, 2009 Hi All, In my earlier post I said new Princess ships, were you all sleeping, no questions on what where when or may be I am slow and you all know about them. As to Ice Cream, No ice Cream in Horizon, Scoops is free but will move to soft only doing away with good stuff , because soft machine can not meet demand for ice cream still giving out good stuff, lack of forward planning by some one. Good stuff at International cafe. Hi Haggis sorry I missed you in town, may be one day. yours Shogun

Shogun Posted June 17, 2009 Author #112 Share Posted June 17, 2009 Hi All, Well we are in Cadiz and captain says going to be hot hot hot it should be the hottest day yet. Ship is so sleepy, everyone is away on 8 hour shore trips that when they get back to the ship they all fall asleep. Last night did not go for dinner, just did not feel like eating may be the heat or may be the effects still of dinnner at the Crown grill. No plans for today a walk into town, then back to the ship and sleep. As to the new ships, well I will tell you more later. yours Shogun

Shogun Posted June 17, 2009 Author #117 Share Posted June 17, 2009 Hi Folks, Well Gib, we went Dolphine watching in the morning, up town at lunch time them went back to ship, just two many folk for liking around 6000 from cruise ships is to many. Met some that waited two hours to get a taxi back to ship, sorry not my idea of fun. As to Cadiz its a lot better than folk told me, some nice parks to hide from the sun in, very few shops have anyone that speaks english. Far to many shops for my liking but DW found plenty to go into. Today very hot burnt feet on deck, looked like a mad dog leaping about do you run forward or back to find a place to cool feet off. Lisbon tomorrow might have changed a bit since my last vist 35 years. ago. Was chatting to James might need to stay onboard longer this tour, so might not be on ship when we reboard in late Oct/nov. Casino still gives and takes was up over two hundred on a slot machine at one point, but still left with more than I started with. Ah those new ships will tell you tomorrow. yours Shogun

Shogun Posted June 19, 2009 Author #124 Share Posted June 19, 2009 Hi all, Have lost a few posts so will keep this short and hope it makes it. Vigo its hot hot hot again Dinning room is empty ship does not know where people are eating about. Ship lost a crew man , went ashore did not come back got arrested by local police as he had no passport. Caber doors do not self close. New ships well might be longer, look for more places like International cafe etc on plaza deck, more details later. yours Shogun
traveling1969 Posted June 19, 2009 #125 Share Posted June 19, 2009 Shogun, I lost a lot of posts on board as well. Try this trick: click on control c and select entire post. The internet cafe attendant told me they don't have right click cut and paste capability the same as usual. I may be off with these instructions but I'm sure attendant can help. Keep 'em coming.
