Fcc for 7 day outside cabin - 25 or 50 pp

I just booked a 7 day cruise on Sapphire in December in a EE guaranteed. My old FCC letter from 2007 shows a 25pp OBC for inside and $50pp OBC for outside cabins. My agent is telling me that the total credit for my wife and I is $50 (25pp), but if I'm reading the letter that I got onboard when I purchased the FCC right, my calculation would have it at $100 (50 pp) . Has Princess changed the OBC structure for FCCs? Thanks.
