Pamela's

We will be in San Juan for two days pre-cruise in November and are considering dining here.

Anyone been to Pamela's recently? I did a search for reviews and it seems most of the reviews are from over a year ago. Also, how soon should one make reservations to get a table on the beach?

Any other hints, tips, advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks :)

We were there at the beginning of November. There are only a few tables on the beach maybe 6 to 8. If you really want to go there, book now. It doesn't cost anything to reserve. I must warn you the prices are high. Our party of 4 with wine; $350. We enjoyed our evening dining on the beach. The rains held off for us but cc friends had to move inside right after we departed. It was also at least a $20 taxi fare from the El San Juan Resort in Isle Verde. Our friends stayed at the Inn post cruise. They liked it but there was a wedding going on which lasted into the wee hours of the night.

Bon Voyage
