If you are referring to Fort Lauderdale. They are all senior stevedores with the Teamsters Union. This is a very prime job & extremely difficult to get, so only the very senior union stevedores get the plush job handling cruise baggage. Do not let them intimidate you into tipping them. They all make well over $100,00 per year without tips.

We just booked with onestoparking.com for the second time. We are paying $61.92 for 9 days parking. Parking is at the Hyatt Place Hotel just off 17th, behind the Embassy Suites. $14.00 to the port, but this is still far less expensive than anywhere else.

Sorry to say, Princess will now be our cruise of choice. We are not heavy drinkers & Celebrity charges $90.68 per drink for the wife, tips & drink package. Princess charges $68 per day. This makes more sense for us.

We just got off Celebrity Equinox. The same exact complaints expressed by other passengers. Our prime rib was maybe a quarter inch thick. Steaks were not tender. The same exact menu for breakfast the 8 days we were on the ship. The shows were an hour & great, service great. It seems all the cruise lines have cut back, but this will not deter us at all from going on Celebrity or Princess.

We just got off today & thoroughly enjoyed the shows in the theater. We personally felt all the singers were great (but it is personal thing) We especially liked the 3 male singers doing "Bring me home." We did miss the comedian however. After 10 days I found the same breakfast menu every day a little boring. The staff could not have been nicer. We did the St. Kitts train ride & enjoyed the lovely scenery. I felt St. Kitts had the best prices for shopping of any of the islands we went to.

Yes. Just our luck. We are supposed to fly out of Tampa Wednesday to get to Zurich for a river cruise. According to our son who works at TPA the airport will close when winds reach 34 to 40 mph. I am becoming quite nervous, but can do nothing yet. I called Delta yesterday & we must wait until Delta emails us or pay over $3000 more to change our flight.

Does anyone know if they are still doing Covid testing at Athens Airport? Conversely does anyone know where we can get a Covid test in Piraeus the day before we board?

We arrive in Athens one day before our cruise. Thus with an overnight flight we must get a Covid test either at the Airport in Athens or in Piraeus. Does anyone know if the airport is still testing? Also, where in Piraeus can we get a Covid test?

This will be our first trip to Paris. Planning on spending 3 days prior to getting ship at LeHavre. What is the best area to book a hotel? Is Paris walkable or quite spread out? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
